Packed in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. A Inverter logic principle is used to make it work. Voltage 4.5V~5.5V ensures the part's full functionality. Temperatures around 0°C~70°C are extended for operation. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. Current output is 1mA 20mA in both the high and low states. The series 74F contains it. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded. A significant improvement in the user experience can be achieved by the part since it has 6 functions.
