Logical driver uses a neat TSSOP package. 48 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Electronic parts from the FCT family are used in this part. 48 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 48 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 500μA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 4 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features MAX OUTPUT SKEW = 0.5NS; TYP VOLP < 0.6V @ VCC = 5V, TA = 25 DEGREE C to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 24mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -24mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Because of its 4 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. It is sufficient to make 16 outputs.
