74HC138D Overview


As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).Cut Tape (CT) is the packaging method.In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .For the analog part of the multiplexers, an IC Decoder is used.By maintaining the operating temperature at -40°C~125°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.When digital controlled switch operates at 2V~6V, designers have superior flexibility.With the 74HC series, the multiplexers are suitable for a diverse range of applications.Among its basic configurations are 16 terminations.For multiplexer's system, a voltage of 4.5V is supplied.As a result, GULL WING represents the end of the conductors.The logic switch is a member of the HC/UH family.The minimal supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 2V to avoid some unnecessary failures.To avoid some unnecessary failures, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 6V.
