Due to its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using OR Gate logic, it functions. A voltage of 2V~6V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Increasing operating temperature to around -55°C~125°C.
