Due to its 16-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C TA. A 180MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
