74LV06AS14-13 Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). A Inverter logic principle governs its operation. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C extended. Mounted in Surface Mount. Current output is - 12mA in both the high and low states. A 74LV series product. 14 terminations have been made so far. It has 6 functions that enhance user experience significantly.
