Shipped in DFN, the part is easy to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There are 6 terminations totally. There are 2 features that significantly enhance the user experience. It represents the LVC/LCX/Z product family. The part body is injected with 6 pins. Parts that are quiescent have 40μA current flowing through them. A logic device of this type is a Gate. Part now bears a 50pF load capacitance. In addition to this, it is packed with the industry TAPE AND REEL method. According to the datasheet, this part requires 3.3V power supplies. When the temperature of the environment exceeds 125°C degrees Celsius, the device should not operate. It is estimated that the part will operate at least at -40°C according to test statistics. It is usually recommended not to supply voltages above 5.5V to this device in normalsituations. A low voltage of 1.65V should be applied to the part.
