74VHC02BQ-Q100X Overview
Due to its 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. According to NOR Gate logic, the algorithm works. The part must have a voltage of 2V~5.5V in order to function properly. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~125°C.
