The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the AND Gate logic principle. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C.
