Packing in Tube. Package 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C's operational temperature is extended. The unit is powered by a 3V~3.6V power supply. The following parts are also available on 78M6610 if you are interested in finding more. There is a voltage of 0.5V 0.8V on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. It is important to note that this device presents a voltage of 0.6V 2V for high-level I/Os. This is a 16 solution for logic gate applications. In other words, it is a 8.1mA device. Using 3.3V, you can supply this device. Frequency ranges from 20MHz to X.
