In Tape & Reel (TR) package. An example of a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is shown below. It is suitable for use as a Single Phase meter. There is an option in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C's operational temperature is extended. It operates using 3V~3.6V power supply. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.5V 0.8V. There is a voltage value of 0.6V 2V on this device as it is designed for high-level I/Os. Logic gate applications are made possible by this 16 solution. It is designed as a Surface Mount device for easy install and dismount. The supply current should be set to 8.1mA to keep the PMIC working normally. The device can be supplied using 3.3V. There is a possibility of this device working up to a frequency of 20MHz. A memory size of 8kB has been incorporated in this PMIC. The PMIC uses FLASH memory.
