78M6613-IM/F/PW2 Overview

Packing in Tube. A package named 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad. It can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. There is a higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. There is a 3V~3.6V power supply that powers the device. It has a voltage of 0.8V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 2V. There is no need for tools to install or dismount this device as it has been designed as a Surface Mount device. PMICs should be set to the 9.1mA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally. Several Teridian? series models have this feature included in them.
