79RC32H434-266BCGI Overview
It is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. To date, there have been 256 terminations. Using a 1.2V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. 32-Bit is its architecture. There is 266MHz frequency set for the CPU. 256 pin functions are described in the datasheets. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 32b-bit system. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Injection of 256 pins into the body of the embedded microprocessor is carried out. A 1-core CPU is used here. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 266MHz.
