To save board space, the BGA package is used.An 8-circuit makes up this telecom IC .Telecom switching is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction.In telecom switching configuration, there are 256 terminations.It requires a supply voltage of 1.8V.This telecom interface contains 256 pins.It uses a ATM/SONET/SDH CLOCK RECOVERY CIRCUIT type telecom IC.For designers, it offers a wide range of flexibility as it operates with the supply voltage of 1.8V.It operates using the supply current of 110mA, which gives designers a lot of flexibility.For normal operation, the temperature is set at -40°C minimum.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to the maximum value of 85°C.1 functions are used when designing telecommunications device .At least 1.68V voltage should be supplied.There should be a voltage supply that is lower than 1.98V.It is designed with 256 telecom product pins.
