It is supplied in the QFN package for the purpose of space saving. Packaging is done in the form of a Tape & Reel. Transmission lines have 48 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. In terms of electronics, it is a 48-pin device. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 2 A/D converters. The minimum supply voltage is 4.75V.
