For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a QFN package. It is adopted to package in the manner of Bulk. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 40 terminations are used. There are 40 pins on this device. Mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. Supply voltage should never exceed 3.465V. Digital signals are converted from analog signals using 2 A/D converters. 3.135V should be the minimum value of supply voltage. The device is able to operate at 3.3V voltages. It is set with a maximum value of 85°C to maintain normal operation. In order to keep normal operation, the operating temperature is set as a minimum value of -40°C. A consumer IC of type CONSUMER CIRCUIT is employed in this device.
