A1225LLTTR-T Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA packages. As a maximum current, the magnetic switches can supply 6mA. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 25mA. In order for the switches to function, they have pins 4. This termination has 3 terminations. In general, the current output by the switches should be 25mA. This switch should normally provide a voltage of 12V in order to ensure reliability. With this magnetic switch, a voltage of 3.8V is the minimum voltage available.
