A3250LLT-T Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Bulk in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 7mA as the maximum current. When they are working, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. It is recommended that magnetic switches should have a maximum output current of 20mA. To make the switches work, they have 4 pins. The current output of the switches should, in general, be 20mA. The magnetic switches can operate at 150°C. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -40°C.
