Bulk package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 8mA as maximum current. If these switches work, they can output 25mA as the maximum current. In order for the switches to function, they have pins 4. The document has 3 terminations. A switch's current output should generally be 25mA. Normally, this switch will supply 12V voltage for reliable performance.
