A3283LLTTR-T Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA packages. The magnetic switches are capable of supplying 8mA as their maximum current. When these switches are working, 25mA is the maximum current they can output. Magnet switches must be able to output 25mA current. Switches have 4 pins for operation. The magnetic switches can operate at 150°C. The magnet switch should work, however, if the operating temperature is greater than -40°C.
