High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. A total of 168 terminations have been recorded. Using a 3.3V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. A CPU operates at a frequency of 50MHz.
