This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.4MHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
