Safety reasons require that the current sensors be placed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. Current sensors are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to avoid damage to the devices. Current sensors should not provide currents greater than 25mA. The current sensors have 8 terminations. A current sensor has 8 pins. The current sensors can provide a voltage of 5V when they are in operation. Current sensors should supply 4.5V as the minimum voltage. Current sensors should, however, not exceed 5.5V.
