AD006-02E Overview
A magnetic switch is packaged in the Tube to prevent damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. In order to function well, magnetic switches should be able to supply a maximum current of 4.5mA. In operation, these switches are capable of outputting 20mA as the maximum current. Magnet switches must be able to output 20mA current. It is possible to supply 4.5mA current with these switches. A magnetic switch can be set to 125°C for its maximum operating temperature. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -40°C.
