AD024-02E Overview
A protective Tube package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. Magnet switches are packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages for safety reasons. In order to function well, magnetic switches should be able to supply a maximum current of 4.5mA. If these switches are operating properly, they can output 20mA as their maximum current. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 4.5mA.
