A 48-LQFP package is supplied for space savings. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Because it is a type of Audio Codec '97, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. When the operating performance is set to 0°C~70°C, the system can operate normally. It is equipped with a total of 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage is 4.75V~5.25V for the analog circuit. There is a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V provided to the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 48 terminations to prevent reflection of signals.
