AD222-00E Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 4.5mA. It is possible for these switches to output 20mA as the maximum current when they are working. If magnetic switches are to be output, the maximum current should be 20mA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 4.5mA. For the magnetic switches, a maximum operating temperature of 125°C may be set. The operating temperature of this magnetic switch must not be lower than -40°C.
