AD522-02E Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. The magnetic switches can supply a maximum current of 4.5mA for good performance. When they work, these switches can output 20mA as their maximum current. To be output, the maximum current of magnetic switches should be 20mA. This switch is capable of supplying a maximum current of 4.5mA. In the case of magnetic switches, the maximum operating temperature can be set to 125°C. This magnetic switch works best at temperatures above -40°C.
