AD584TH  Description

 

  

AD584TH is an eight-terminal precision reference voltage source for FERING pins. Four commonly used output voltages are programmable: 10.000 V, 7.500 V 5.000 V and 2.500 V. Other output voltages above, below, or between the four standard outputs can also be provided by adding external resistors. The input voltage can vary from 4.5V to 30V.

Laser wafer trimming (LWTM) is used to adjust the pin programmable output level and temperature coefficient to achieve the most flexible monolithic form of high-precision voltage reference.

In addition to the programmable output voltage, AD584 provides a unique strobe terminal that allows the device to be turned on or off. When the AD584 is used as a power reference, a single low-end power supply can be used to turn off the power.

Power signal. In the "off" state, the leakage current of AD584 is reduced to about 100mA. In the "on" state, including the output buffer amplifier, the total power supply current is usually 750 Ma. It is recommended that AD584 be used as a reference for 8-10-12-bit DIA converters that require external precision references. The device is also ideal for all TVPE OFA/D converters with a precision of up to 14 bits. Whether successive approximation design or raster design, it usually provides better performance than the standard self-contained voltage reference.

The operating temperature of AD584J, K and L is 0 °C to + 70 °C, and the operating temperature of AD584S and T is-55 °+ 125 °C range. All grades are packed in sealed 8-terminal to-99 metal cans. AD584 and Kare also offer 8-pin plastic impregnation.
