AD623-02E Overview
ldeally, the magnetic switch should be packaged in the Tube for protection against damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. To ensure good performance, the magnetic switches are capable of delivering 4.5mA as the maximum current. When they work, these switches can output 20mA as their maximum current. There is a limit to 4.5mA current that can be supplied by these switches.
