This Tube package protects the magnetic switch from damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 4.5mA as the maximum current. If these switches are functioning, they can output 20mA as the maximum current. These switches have a maximum current limitation of 4.5mA.
