I have packaged it in a way that is similar to 119-BGA's.An electronic part designed with 16 Bits is used in this product.As part of Tray, it is embedded.It is a method of terminating a transmission line with an impedance-matching device that is known as 119 termination.This electrical device provides regulated DC power to run a load based on the supply voltage (analog voltage) 3.3V, converted from AC voltage to DC voltage.It is recommended that the supply voltage be left as 3.3V.There is a 119 pin count that is included in this device.Below 85°C is the optimal operating temperature.In order for the system to work normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V.It is recommended that the operating temperature be at least -40°C.
