The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Instrumentation-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 16. The pins on this board total to 16 in total. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery. An 16-pin op amp ic is included in the package. Op amp rates 300μV as input offset voltage.
