The AD823AR is a dual precision, 16 MHz, JFET input op amp that may be powered by two 1.5 V to 18 V supplies or a single 3.0 V to 36 V supply. In single-supply mode, the input voltage range of this device extends below ground, demonstrating its real single-supply capability. For IOUT 100 A, the output voltage swing is within 50 mV of each rail, resulting in an exceptional output dynamic range. With source impedances up to a Gigaohm, dc precision is provided by an offset voltage with a maximum of 800 V, an offset voltage drift of 2 V/°C, input bias currents under 25 pA, and low input voltage noise. It offers a low supply current of 2.6 mA per amplifier, 16 MHz, 3 dB bandwidth, 108 dB THD @ 20 kHz, and a 22 V/s slew rate. The AD823 operates as a follower and can drive direct capacitive loads up to 500 pF while delivering an output current of 15 mA and 0.5 V from the supply rails. The amplifier can now handle a variety of load situations thanks to this.
