AD8506ACBZ-REEL7 Overview
There is a 8-UFBGA, WLCSP case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. The number of terminations approaches 8. A total of 8 pins are attached to buffer op amp. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifiers. The op amp ic has an array of 8 pins on it. The input offset voltage is 2.5mV.
