Op amp is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. This is a J-FET type op amp. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 5V. I would like to specify that this buffer amplifier belongs to the Operational Amplifier-type of devices. The op amp ic has an array of 14 pins on it. Op amp ic rates 1mV for input offset voltage.
