AD8628AUJZ-REEL Overview
There is a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Zero-Drift-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 5. A total of 5 pins are attached to buffer op amp. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 5V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier.
