AD9518-1ABCPZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL.
