AD9518-1ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
