AD9520-3BCPZ Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C.
