AD9520-5BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations.
