AD9522-1BCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer.
