AD9544BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V.
