AD9572ACPZPEC-R7 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer.
