AD9578BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
