ADA4000-4ARZ Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. Op amps are J-FET types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks.
