ADA4062-4ACPZ-R7 Overview
Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. A J-FET-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.
