ADA4610-2ARMZ-R7 Overview
A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. Op amps are J-FET types of amplifier on the chip. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp.
