ADA4638-1ACPZ-R7 Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. An op amp ic of the Zero-Drift type. There is a Cut Tape (CT) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. The number of terminations is approaching the 8 mark. A total of 8 pins are located on this board. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
