ADA4638-1ACPZ-RL Overview
There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp ic of the Zero-Drift type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 8 terminations. Linear amplifier has a total of 8 pins. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 5V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Operational Amplifier device. 8 pins are available on the instrumentation amplifier. As far as the input offset voltage is concerned, linear amplifier rates at 4.5μV. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier. In relation to the operating temperature of this buffer op amp, it works well at an average of -40°C~125°C . As long as the supply current of the chip does not exceed 850μA, this op amp ic can operate. There should be no change in the voltage gain.
