ADA4841-2YCPZ-R2 Overview
Op amp is packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. A total of 8 pins are located on this board. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V.
